Program Structure & Duration
The Ignite Leadership Academy runs annually and consists of:
Orientation Weekend
Introduction to the program and initial leadership training.
Monthly Workshops & Seminars
Focused on leadership development, skill building, and mentoring
Community Leadership Projects
Hands-on projects that allow participants to implement their learning in real-world settings.
Graduation & Showcase Event
Participants present their community projects, reflect on their growth, and celebrate their accomplishments.
